Event Setup and Teardown in Las Vegas
Delivery, full setup before your event, and teardown after it. Included in every package we offer, anywhere in the Las Vegas valley.
What setup actually covers
We place every table where you want it, set every chair, stand and square the backdrop, and connect the Bluetooth sound. When we leave, the space is ready for guests, not ready for you to start working.
On the Full House package, an on-site setup lead runs the install and walks the layout with you before we finish.
Teardown is part of the job
After the event, we come back, break everything down, and haul it out. Every table, chair, and piece of equipment gets cleaned and sanitized after each event, so what shows up at your event is ready for guests. If you want the setup to stay up longer, extra day retention is $75 and we collect the next day instead.
Prefer to handle setup yourself? Drop-off only takes $125 off any package. We still deliver and pick up.
